This phrase really hit home this week as my dear friends downsized their big home to a condo. Children are grown, out on their own. They felt so free leaving all the lawn mowing and maintenance behind. They are now in a different Season of Life.

Upon the arrival of Spring, I made a promise to myself that I would commit to a work-out regimen.
I tried the gym, which I didn’t stick to.
I love walking on the boardwalk, seeing all of you, my friends and neighbors. However, my
true passion is swimming.
This past Tuesday in the early A.M., on the home stretch of my 60th lap, I had a tremendous feeling of accomplishment,...a Personal Best for me.
It occurred to me that attaining my Personal Best is actually the way I like to live my life. In
my career as a Realtor I always ask myself...what else can I do to make my clients
have a stress free experience, how can I better serve them? My continuing education is also a
way to insure that I am on top of my field. I strive to make my relationship with each and
every client, whether a first time buyer or a luxury property investor my Personal Best.

“Summer Memories”
Last week my brothers and I were reminiscing about the great times growing up here in Bradley Beach.
Wonderful, happy memories.
The local pool, long since gone, was a highlight of our summer days. A big decision for us…. should we go to the pool or the beach? Our solution, hop back and forth to both.
All that swimming stirred up quite an appetite. That meant a trip to Syd’s for the most wonderful, greasy, brown paper bag stuffed with French Fries, smothered in ketchup & salt, of course. Mmm, I can almost taste them now.
Great Memories are an integral part of who we are, where we come from.
